In 2021, Henderson officially became an employee-owned or ESOP company, making employees beneficial owners of stock in Henderson Companies (the parent company of Henderson Building Solutions and Henderson Engineers). Henderson moved to an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to preserve our people-first culture by placing the future success of the company into the hands of employees.
