Jenn Miller, director of business development at Henderson Building Solutions, was the recipient of the DEI Leadership Award at the 2024 CREW KC Excellence Awards hosted in October. Miller, who previously served as DEI partner at sister company Henderson Engineers before transitioning into her current role, earned the recognition given her outstanding efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. The annual event celebrates commercial real estate professionals as well as projects that have an outsized impact within the Kansas City community.
